一、研究领域或方向

利用原位透射电子显微镜研究碳包覆铜纳米线低温自焊接。

利用同步辐射微束X射线劳厄衍射技术对芯片中的锡小球电迁移现象进行原位实验以及对3D打印合金微观组织进行分析。

开发用于固态锂离子电池石榴石型陶瓷电解质的定向多孔结构。

利用同步辐射原位微束X射线劳厄衍射、同步辐射微束三维重构、同步辐射X射线吸收谱进行石榴石型陶瓷电解质循环中微观结构变化、三维成像及定量分析、循环性能探究。

开发多种同步辐射微束X射线劳厄衍射的原位力-热-电载荷实验装置。
